Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

Domestic shipping withing Australia generally holds a $15AUD price for unframed prints of less than 8”x11” dimensions as shipped with Australia Post. All framed and original artworks are shipped at a higher cost as per their size and weight and include tracking and insurance as a condition of sale.

Shipping International

All international orders are shipped tracked, insured and sign-on-delivery unless otherwise noted. Standard post can apply in most cases, however due to the added size and weight of framed pieces, freight will be used for some orders. In larger orders, shipping can be fully or partially covered by the artist or within the order quote at the artists’ discretion.

Returns/refunds

  • The artist agrees to ensure reasonable care an packaging of the finished product.

  • Client accepts that the Artist will only ship items insured and tracked as a minimum for security reasons.

  • Pickup can be applicable for clients local to the South-Eastern Peninsula of Victoria, 3199, Australia.

  • The Artist takes no responsibility for damages or losses incurred while the product is out of their hands in postal transit. In the unlikely event of postal or shipping difficulties, the Client is advised to follow up the loss or delay with their shipping insurance services. The unlikely but possible risk associated with postal services is why the Artist recommends the Client insure their order and use tracked post. The Client has the option to notify the Artist of a recommended postage outlet, otherwise the Artist will use their default shipping service.

  • As the Client is paying for services, returns or refunds are not possible for work already completed if the Client simply changes their mind. The Artist makes all reasonable opportunities for the Client to be aware of how their job is progressing, and if they wish to make changes prior to final payment and item being shipped. Clients are reminded that even with art classed as “realistic'“, it is still a handmade reproduction and not a photograph. As such, there may be differences between the final artwork and reference image no matter how close the Artist tries to match it. The Client is invited to view the gallery to see examples of how close in realism the artist is able to achieve before deciding to go forward with an order.
