This highly detailed drawing was completed with a variety of professional grade colour pencils on Fabriano watercolour hot pressed card. The original artwork was a private commission of a rough-scaled python named ‘Cynthia.” Rough-scaled pythons (Morelia carinata) are one of the rarest snakes in the wild in Australia, but are in fact rising in popularity as a pet in the exotic pet trade.

Despite their rarity, their status is currently deemed ‘least concern.’.

This piece is available as limited number (15) prints, printed on archival quality eco friendly Hahnemuhle Bamboo card. Each print comes hand signed and numbered, with it’s own unique Certificate of Authenticity. Print size without frame is approximately 8"x11" (A4).
